We provide professional dog grooming services by appointment at our location: 9239 Gulick Rd, Orient, Ohio 43146. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to itself, our staff, or other animals.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
4. Pet Health and Safety
For your pet's safety, we require proof of 1 Parvo vaccine record sent or shown to us before your first appointment. No other shots are required. You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues your dog may have.
5. Service Agreement & Grooming Policies
At Cooper's Barn n Bath, we treat every pet with patience, kindness, and care. Grooming can be stressful for some pets, so the following policies help keep your pet comfortable and everyone safe.
Vaccine Requirement

Health & Behavior Information
Please inform us of any medical conditions, sensitivities, anxiety, or behavioral concerns prior to your appointment.
Stress & Safety
Your pet's well-being always comes first. Services may be adjusted or stopped if your pet becomes overly stressed or unsafe to groom.
Coat Condition & Matting
Matted coats may require shaving for your pet's comfort. We are not responsible for skin irritation related to matting or underlying conditions.
Accidents & Emergencies
While rare, grooming-related incidents can occur. Cooper's Barn n Bath is not responsible for complications related to pre-existing conditions or stress-related reactions. In an emergency, we will attempt to contact you and may seek veterinary care at your expense.
Emergency Contact Information
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide an emergency contact name, phone number, preferred veterinary clinic, and clinic phone number upon request.
6. SMS Communications (A2P Compliance)
